CEG at Work

what can i say?

i graduated from the art institute of boston at lesley university in 2004 with a bfa concentration in sculpture and painting. from 2006-2009 i was an apprentice under a metalsmith jeweler in santa fe, nm. during this time i had hands-on training working primarily with high-carat gold, semi-precious stones, and sterling silver jewelry and learned traditional metalsmithing techniques while cultivating my own sense of pristine craftsmanship and my unique aesthetic. since then, i have built on a style that is both modern and nostalgic, continuing to craft pieces around antique buttons, coins, buckles, stones, pearls, and other memorable finds.
